Ingi has more than 15 years of international experiences in Finance Controlling, Accounting and Reporting and experiences with Shared Service Center and Business Process Outsourcing. Ingi was graduated from the University of Applied Sciences in Aachen/Germany and obtained her Bachelor degree in Economics, Accounting and Business Administration.

Ingi left Europe after 30 years living in Europe and more than 15 years working experience in Germany, The Netherlands, Norway, the United States  etc. to establish B P Solutions Pte Ltd in Singapore in 2009 and its back office Company in Ho Chi Minh City/Vietnam. Prior to B P Solutions, Ingi was Financial Controller and Accounting Manager for several international companies.

2009: Ulstein Group (Norwegian Company): Financial Controller

• Establish Joint Venture structure in the Philippines (Manila) for the Crewing activities of Ulstein Ship Management
• Build up and implement Philippines Regional Operations Headquarter (including office space Research and recruitment) for Ulstein Group.
• Incorporate  Asia Headquarter in Singapore for Ulstein Group
• Managing projects to set up accounting process and system

2008: Interbulk Group (UK Company): Financial Controller

• Maintain overall financial control of the books and responsible for consolidated Group financial reporting and budgeting
• Design and implementation of Joint Venture Company in Russia (St Petersburg)
• Develop, implement & maintain internal management reporting and KPI’s
• Improvement and refinement of reporting and accounting processes

2004: Stolt Nielsen (Norwegian Company): Global Ship Owning Finance Manager and Interim Controller

• Maintain overall financial control of the books and responsible for financial reporting and budgeting
• Setup & Implementation of Manila Shared Service Center of Stolt Nielsen Group
• Business Process Mapping and Process Reengineering  for supporting Ship Management (maintenance & repair, procurement , crewing,  accounting & reporting procedures) of Stolt Nielsen fleet (82 chemical tanker ships)
• Monitoring of Sarbane Oxley Compliance project for Ship Owning Division in coordination with Deloitte US

2004: Rockwell Automation European SSC Rotterdam/NL (US Company):  Regional Management / Business Analyst

• Part of the project team to implement and migrate the books for Italy, Dubai and East Europe and for Hyperion Upgrade to HFM
• Business Process Mapping and Process Reengineering

2001: Reebok International (US Company): International Accountant / Business Analyst

• Responsible for the Books for Reebok Germany and Austria and for the Greg Norman and Ralph Lauren Businesses located in Rotterdam/NL

1998: PriceWaterhouseCoopers NL: Financial Accountant / Customer relation for German speaking countries

• Financial Shared Service Center for BPO for clients (British Petroleum and Delta Airlines), responsible for implementation and customer relation for Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
• Improvement and refinement of reporting and accounting processes
• Implement and improve processes in the PWC Shared Service Center in the Netherlands (Rotterdam) for clients ‘British Petroleum’ and ‘Delta Airlines.
